That's a tough one... I like both so much! But gryphons are more likely to be furry, so since I have to choose one, I'll choose gryphons. But I still love dragons just as much!

Tried and tested sounds more professional, as well it's slightly different than trial an error in the sense that it has emphasis on finding what patterns work and what don't, in the sense that "this works better than that, but they both still don't work, but lets focus on this result because it's closer to what we want"
