A free world that could dissolve into anarchy through lack of control but allows to go or do anywhere/anything you desire or a world that is controlled and clinical with no war or violence and you're allowed to do your favorite things (that don't involve affecting others, anyway)?

That depends on a few factors: Both need to be made the way I like them, i.e. muffins not covered in sugar, soft enough to easily bite into, and not have a crapload of nuts in them. And the cupcakes must be small enough (oversized cupcake is just cake), and the icing to cupcake ratio must not exceed .25:1. Also, no sprinkles.
