The Circle of Fire

Alrighty, so I haven't role-played in quite a while, so do forgive me for any discrepancies!


So then, you've entered the Circle of Fire - a circle, no more than 30 feet in diameter, encompassed by a strange blue flame which is unwavering in intensity. A crowd roars around you, egging you on as you come face to face with your opponent. With nothing more than brawn and brain, you're objective is to eliminate your opponent by forcing them out of the ring and through the fire. The fire will not harm the loser, but instead will immediately bring an end to their participation and advance the victor to further competition.


**A small character description is required for the purposes of this RP. And keep in mind:
- only two players may be in the circle at once
- no weapons are allowed; only your own body

*Tao steps forward, the sapphire flames parting seemingly of their own accord. The evening sun warms his speckled coat as he steps into the circle, paying no notice to the flames' convergence behind him. He stands aloof, feeling the dry, packed earth beneath his bare feet. Suddenly, a boisterous voice rings out around him. "It looks like we have a challenger, folks!"  it announces, invoking a roar from the crowd. "Who will contend him?" it continues quizzically. The audience erupts once more as the flames on the opposite end part, revealing...*

Blizzard walks through the flames, which part on front of him, like the gate of Heaven opening for a God. He doesn't take notice of the crowd, or of the commentator yelling his name. He only has eyes for his opponent. Baring his sharpened teeth, he yells: "Well, let's get this over with!" He bows slightly to the fox, and then positions himself in the circle, his feet spread, his fists raised. He smiles."Show me what you got!!!"
