My rank doesn't exist, but I asked for it. The command didn't have an issue with it, though it was fine.
Even my job was accepted... I try to stay by everyone's side giving all the support I can.

Any member of a particular rank can promote any other member to as high as their own rank. It's a system to ensure that everyone has a say, having one or two commanders is slow and is the downfall of most military. Think of us as a peer-to-peer network, we are all in charge of everyone else, and together we have a tightly knit package that cannot be broken. Not by the enemy, not by any weakened resolve. We stand side by side, paw by paw, tail by tail, in the face of any threat that stands our way. It is our unique system that keeps us together, that bounds us under a common goal, we are the furry defense force, we all know our purpose and we all are here to achieve it!
