Furry Defence Force - Adventures (Act 3: The Brink)

Radge looks back towards the bunker expecting to see a flurry of activity, instead he sees no one.

"Goddamn cowards!"

He turns his head back to the chopper to see enemy insurgents dropping to the ground, crawling slightly and begins to pick off the enemy in the open until the remaining insurgents are out of his line of fire. Radge moves further forward just leaning out of his cover when a shot from nowhere rings out and hits Radge just above the knee. Even with the pain flashing through his brain, Radge knows he has to move while he still can. He looks round and quickly realizes there is not enough cover to get back to the bunker so using his trusty rifle as a crutch he staggers as quickly as he can into the treeline and finds a small ditch to roll into.

After delivering the news, Cook grabs a GOOD weapon -the XM8 assault rifle with grenade launcher attachment and holographic scope. Grabbing some mags as well, he heads out of the bunker and just sees Luggz (or Radge, or whoever he is now) get shot and roll in a didge. 'Damn...' Opens fire, taking out two insurgents. Rolls behind a metal plate for cover. "Medic!!!! We need a medic!!!!!" he yells to the FDF members still inside and fires a grenade into a group of insurgents, killing them all. "Radge? Radge?!? You alright???"

((sorry should have explained earlier. Radge is Luggz' alter ego with a dark side to him who appears in fits of rage))

Radge calls back to Colioli to confirm he is Ok but one look at his leg tells Radge he won't be going far anytime soon

Cook moved over to the didge Radge is hiding in and dives in. "Ai, thats a painful wound. Sorry mate, I don't know anything about Medication... I called for help though." Shoots another insurgent, who falls screaming from the tree he was shooting from and hits the ground with a horrible crack. "Where are they now???" Cook asks, looking for any FDF that knows anything about medication.

*While the fight is going on*
"MrRazot, the insurgents are zombies.
This, this doesn't make sense, why are they zombies? What's going on?
We can't interview a zombie can we, but they shoot, Maybe their intelligent"
*Whacks the zombie over the head with the butt of his flamethrower*
"LISTEN YOU UNDEAD FREAK, TELL US WHERE THE CHEESECAKES ARE OR THEY WON'T BE THE ONLY THING WE'LL BE BAKING!"
*Insurgent Zombie looks up at Anoni and groans some words that the resemble "shhhhcreeew yooouuuuahhh"
"Did he just say screw you?"

-looks down into the newly created sink-hole full of the undead- they are not going anywhere, i gotta head to base for debreifing, i have no clue what is going on -runs back to base stopping in front of radge and cook " what happened? I may be able to help, true i am an assasin, but my cover position is field medic."

[Luggz]

Sitting up slightly and keeping a paw over the wound Radge replies "It's just a little scratch, nothing to worry about. Sure it will be OK" Radge tries to bend his knee and growls obscenities, giving up on the idea.

*the Chief Corpsman runs in and looks at the wound*
Here! Let me help you out!
*uses the Force to heal the wound and bandages it up*

*gets off the zombie and sees a huge zombie heading to the bunker, gets on the radio to anoni*

General anoni sir, you have a bio weapon heading to your potion over

[Gabriel of creosha]

*looks at the hole n which the heavily wounded and once more dead undead sit, thinking of all the loot* "If anyone can hear me I'm going to search for any kind of... evidence or key items that could help us." *jumps into pit and begins to loot the horde* "aww man... soooo much loot... I'm gonna be able to buy new armor... or a hamburger for everyone 've worked with in every military ever!"

[Luggz]

*Radge stands slowly putting weight on his leg. A dull pain remains but it is manageable although Radge is left with a slight limp and is not quite as quick.*
"see, it was nothing"
*snatches up his rifle and drags himself out of the ditch and runs lamely towards the next piece of cover*

[Colioli4]

"Guys, its getting quite hot out here..."
Insurgents coming in from all sides. Shoots one and throws his knife into another. Dives back behind cover as bullets rocket off the rocks.

*radio's toluggz*

luggz do you see the huge bio weapon?

Rasui moves position over viewing the bunker and snipes zombie in head that was head towards Radge. He turns his head to see moving up on the road large group of zombies heading towards the base. He takes few shots trying to decrease the numbers

Shoots a grenade into the pack of enemies running towards the bunker, killing a bunch of them. "What the heck are these things? They keep getting up!" Then a horrible thought creps over him. "It aren't intelligent zombies... are it?" Shoots another in the chest.
