Aurora grabbed the kid as he passed out, he had pushed  himself too far, her readouts on here bio-hud indicated he had  almost literaly apart, both of his arms and his left leg were dislocated she  stopped and poped his joints back in  with a series of sickening pops and grinding crunches. She picked him up and spoke shakily, the power this kid had...she was thoroughly shocked "Aspen location on steel team ember said a cliff, find it, send coordinates to kiva and hack steel teams repair systems, run the processes yourself, you can run them faster."
Aurora sped off somewhere around 150mph, heading for the cliffs
 
Miles away steel teams HUD flashed a system intrusion warning then ASPEN appeared on the HUD smiling and holding a box that reads *signaljammer.exe*  ~would you like to open this file? Repairs complete~

Ember turned to the teleporter, her heads up display reading:

"Hey there. I saw you teleporting around at the battle. Could I ask a favor? We need to move these survivors to a better location. Would you round up anyone else out there and take them to these coordinates?"


She sent Arora's suit an encrypted code with the location of a cave nearby.

*Though it was difficult with only one uninjured leg, he eventually found Scout and the new comer he had met before the helicopters took off. He was in the tree above them so he jumped down, landing on his 3 good paws in a kneeling position beside them.*

Aurorasppoke grimly into the coms "sorry I'm not the teleporter that was the kid...you will want to see him sending video feed " as the video pulled up the kids battered and aged body was shown in auroras arms she spoke as the feed paned over his unconsious form "the power that kid used, it dialated his time in his frame of reference, he can probably do it in reverse, there is no telling how old he is,that kind of power...the camera shook, Aurora for once genuinely terrified "I hate to know the price he paid for it"

Ember frowned as she looked around the little ragtag group.


"I don't see any medics here... Here. You gather the rest, I'll take the kid with the convoy. Try to search through the woods for survivors. I don't know if the HQ has been compromised too..."


Sh sighed. This was a bad situation. Not only was there the problem of Conflict going rogue, but now everyone's loyalty was questioned. After this, who knew who was part of the terrorist group or loyal to the FDF. She put a foot on the stirrup to her suit.


"Come on put him here." She motioned for Arora to put the kid on her lap.

"I'm on my way to rendezvous with Steel co., we got separated after the mech turned on us," he explained to her. "You should follow me, the RV point ought to be close." He started off in the direction he'd been travelling, a few more minutes of walking would bring them to their destination, as long as the three weren't dealyed.

(Um ember I am sorta a image...a hologram in front of you)  Aurora  ran over to ember as fast as she could...around 370 with kiva and left a decently long skidmark in the dirt "follow me, I have a safe place we can all GO"

Ember blinked. She always forgot about holograms... they freaked her out sometimes. The faceplate hissed down over her front. Her vox box crackled to life.


"Alright... we have been waiting here for a while..." she waved a manipulator claw in the air.


"Move out!"


She looked to Aurora.


"Lead the way."

aurora turned to ember and the rest of steel company "i know that i don't outrank any of you, being as i am not officialy sanctioned by any military, if i ever get caught, i always give full permission to deny knowlege of my existance, but there is one thing that matters more than rank in military supremacy, it determines rank, experience, while i have worked for both enemy and ally, i can assure you, the fdf has offered me a price that ensures i can not be out bought, but i like your cause, and i look down upon meingless squabbles such as this "war", i can assure you, where we are going, if you do not treat me as your CO, some of you may not survive, and i may not be able to prevent it, i trust these people, but they WILL NOT trust you, no matter what i say, but if you follow my directives we may survive, are you with me?"

Ember looked at the group.


"Listen, we are being chased by a hostile supermech, we have wounded, and you are offring us sanctuary. You are one of us, please, assist if you can."
