Have You Met any Furries Online First, Then in Real Life?

I have met only one fur online first, then IRL. He was the boyfriend of a good female friend of mine from high school. On FaceBook one day I asked her if she was furry out of curiosity observing her odd behavior that was new to me. She told me yes [she's a cat/fox converted into a fur earlier this year by said boyfriend]. Eventually she got me to sign up on a FaceBook-esque site for furries called "Furry 4 Life". On that site I met her boyfriend [a bunny]. Eventually, one day, they randomly decided to drop by my house for a visit.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeell, I met someone online who turned out to be a furry, then we met IRL, if that counts (Puffy cookie)

But I plan to meet a lot of people on the forum next year. The great American Road Trip!

I've met two... the first was someone from Brisbane who dropped by here on the forums which is where I first met them. We talked on Facebook and I worked up the guts to meet them.
Second, being the biggest and best meet up evar was when I met Foxen in real life, because he's from Norway and came to Australia to study.. so we met up

a lot of them are on my school but also on some associations.

I've meet three technically. I met my boyfriend online then he came to visit and was my first official furry that I met. Then when I went to visit him I met two of his friends who are furries, though one is a therian as well.

I did, I did. But, to be honest, I wasn't impressed.
I met up with two, and the girl was very and polite, but the guy was very awkward, and tended to gravitate toward toward the girl like he was terrified of me. It made me kind of sad, because I'd like to have some furry friends in my area, but most seem to be very closed to meeting new people.

Indeed I have! My girlfriend is truly the only furry I have met that way, however; but that does not dull the euphoric decadence that pervaded the entirety of my visit. While quiet around others (as expected), she was an extremely playful and happy girl, with only distaste in her father's "all work no play" attitude and some other issues (none between us). I am sure we both taught each other something worthwhile and important.

AirRaiser was a member on this forum for a while and I noticed she was from Maine too, and we talked, and then we met at PortConMaine.
Voltomere (he's on FA) left a note on my truck during last spring semester at college because he saw my furry decal, then I spoke to him on FA, then I met him on campus one day when I got out of class. So I guess that one counts.
And, of course, I've known Zeph on here for forever and then I met her on my last trip to Florida last winter. And her boyfriend as well, who is also a furry, but I never really talked to him online.
Also, I guess Shinzuu would count too since he became a furry after we'd known each other online for a while but before we had met in real life.

I've also met a bunch that I never talked to online first, but had seen before on FA.

And from me well... I met one in the internet, by a mexican forum, There was a post about like 6 furs who said to have a meeting but I ended up and the meeting was cancelled xP So I was talking with one of the furs and I met one who lives like 2 streets from my school! So he said he would go and meet in the school And we met but It was long time ago... I haven't seen him for almost one year 

And the other one dissapointed me... Maybe his like shy of talking about furry in real person... but Is like a very very weird story... I met him on the net because a friend told me... "Hey about that furry thing you like... I know a guy who likes that too... He's obsessed with ponnies but jajaja" And I met that guy, he is in my school! This year he is on my same classroom! jajaja
But first we started talking by facebook and messenger... He acted like cute and adorable, so sweet... But when I met him In school he didn't mention furry or some things of that... We don't talk much since then
