I think it would be to drown. It sounds like the least painful way to go. Certainly one of the scariest ways. But I imagine the only pain I would feel was in my throat and lungs from the water. The rest would be a blanket of numbness and black as I slowly leave this world.

I find it interesting that I found this thread today (I rarely visit the actual forums and spend most of my time on the IRC) because I just had this discussion with a close friend last night.

As for how I'd like to die, I want to go in my sleep, but during something similar to an Out of Body Experience. Where I can actually be my fursona, actually be the gender I want, and I want to "Dream" that I'm dying, as I'm dying, in the arms of all the people I love. Maybe while having fun with my friends, with a smile on my face. I'd like that a lot. I want to pass away in a way where I will literally die with a contented smile on my face.

 I considered dying in the arms of the person or people I happen to be in a relationship with at that given point in time, but in all honesty I don't think I'm going to be with someone at that point in my life, just based on how relationships as a whole have worked out for me, it simply doesn't seem realistic. So my friends are the ones I wanna be by, in my dreamt up death-world.
