Furries have lived seperately for most of their existance, in their own nation. Seperate schooling, seperate everything, the humans and furries have been forbidden to enter one anothers countries, so as a result 90% of the human population has never seen furries and the same goes for the furries, the other 10% being goverment and business....
Until now.
Both nations have opened their borders recently in order to establish better foreign relations...or something like that. They have also started a college exchange program, you lucky furs have been chosen due to certian social charistics to take part in said exchange program, your destination you ask?
University of california los angeles.

Rules:
1.no godmodding
2.you may be any creature you wish, but any powers you may want MUST be run by me via PM.
3.this is based in MODERN DAY, NO FUTURISTIC ANYTHING, however if it does currently exist, no matter how inprobable, you may own it, except rare works of art and weapons...you are a student (unless i say otherwise) and should have neither weapons nor the moana lisa.
4. You may choose to stay on campus in a dorm or in a house with the family of the student you traded with.
5. You may have two characters if you so wish, but only one may be a student, the other may be a teacher, but if you have a teaching character you must have a student

Again, students cannot have weapons or powers (i may approve a power, but no weapons)

I'm interested in joining this just a question first, where you said furs and humans lived in different nations yet theres a spot on the character sheet for nationality. How does this work? It just seems to contradict itself a bit...
So ya...just wanted a little clarification

The nationality? There are two of each nation for example two  russias  fur russia and human russia, fur china and human china, this will determine culture and accent

Personality - Snow tries to keep his emotions balanced by embracing all of them, resulting in a thoughtfully-turbulent character who's capable of just about anything
