RP succession

I have been holding back on creating rp threads because I. Have had horrible failure in my online attendance, so I asked a staff member if I could create a rp in which I take a volunteer to continue it in my absence, I was told yes.

I have only two conditions,
1-upon my return, ownership is returned to me.
2-if you must be absent, name a volunteer as your successor(under the same condition of course)
