Heroes: Rising

Lark sniffed the air. "Right," she said. "There are guards the other way."

Claire nodded. "Right it is then." She turned right and walked till she found a room full of computers. She entered the room and sat down in front of one of the PC's. "Lets see what this place is all about." Luckily the system want locked. As she was going thru files she found one with Larks name. "Hey Lark, you should come see this."

[Cifero Windtail]

Lark looked over her shoulder, then walked over to Claire to read the screen. "What is it?"

[Kit Aalish]

 Claire bings up the pictures fom some of the files. "They are files on us. And these look like the two we meet earlier. Who ever runs this place has been watching us. Closely for years. They even know about my...um special power." She taps a few keys and the printe starts woking. "I'm so taking these with us so we can read them later."

[Shapeshifter]

Looking around with her red eyes which was all you could see of her since her scales were black she spotted windows high in the walls. She took off her t-shirt and left it hanging there.
Without any idea which way to go she started in a direction breaking one of the windows hoping no one saw her leave.
She couldn't believe that she'd shifted twice already and the night was still young.
Tanya gained height again for a few moments and then stopped in mid-air.
Should she go to the motel in the hopes her stuff was still there? Or should she just hide?
She decided for the first. She had no clothes and no money to get new one's. Plus she didn't like to leave her Laptop behind.
Realizing she wasn't too far from the little town she flew there and landed a few streets from the motel.
Nothing really mattered anymore so she shifted a third time. Into a black lion this time to be almost invisible, quiet and have the patience to see if anyone was still there.

Lark nodded, sniffing the air. "Ok... but you might wanna hurry, the guards could be here any second."

[Kit Aalish]

Claire picks up the pages and throws them into a backpack that she found next to the desk. "Alright lets head out." She led the way silently out of the underground lair.

Lark followed, sniffing the air as she went to make sure that they weren't heading toward trouble.

Claire walked as quickly and quietly as she could. She stoped at a corner and looked to Lark. "Smell anything?"

The white cat sniffed the air carefully. "No... not around this corner.... but they're near."

[Kit Aalish]

Claire took a clance around the cornor. She could see the open door but no guards. "Ok well I can see the door and its still open. We should make a run for it. Ready?" The deer looked at her companion from under her cowgirl hat.

Lark nodded silently. "You betcha."

[Kit Aalish]

Claire nodded her head and turned around. She took one last look around the corner then made a dash for the door. Once she got out she turned around to make sure Lark made it out as well.

Lark came up behind Claire, smiling. "Well... that was fun," she said.

[Kit Aalish]

Claire smiled. "Yeah it was. Now its timer to make sure they can't leave this way." She closed the door then started concentrating untilled he hands caught fire. She began to fuse the door to its frame. "There that outta do it. Now lets find those two shall we?" She hops onto Night the holds her hand out for Lark.
