I'm in danger, scared.

A week ago I was beaten by a gang that used bricks as weapons. Since then I've been hearing that people are out to get me. Stab me even. Only 2 hours ago I was dragged into an ally way and beaten on my way home. They forced me to say sorry again or they would stab me. I'm scared and I don't know what to do.

Have you called the police? You should, if not, tell them about these things. That is all I can tell you at this point... Other than I'm sorry this has to happen to you. I hope you can stay safe.

As has already been said, call the authorities and give them as much information as you can. If possible, travel with at least one other person at all times. And, if you feel comfortable with it and if it's legal, carry some sort of weapon on you for self defense. I don't mean a firearm, but just a pocket knife or something to scare them with if they threaten you. Maybe that's going a bit too far, as hopefully the police can deal with it before it escalates and I don't condone violence at all, but if you need to defend yourself in the meantime it's what I would do.

The police are aware of this. But I still don't feel safe. He hasn't been arrested to my knowledge. And travel with one other person? I was with THREE of my friends and they didn't do shit. The just WATCHED

And this isn't two people after me. There are like 20. And I only bumped into 10 or 15 of them. And what happens when they get arrested? Only more of their friends are gonna want to get payback and hate me even more.

Well, if you just let it fester, it will only get worse. I read your journal, just didn't comment. I understand you won't feel safe, I certainly wouldn't. If you press them (the police) to do something, tell them exactly what some of the people looked like or even offer a vague description, then something will be done soon enough. Tell your parents, your principal, your teachers, tell everyone who can do something about it.

And if those "friends" stood and watched when you got dragged off, I think it's time you ask them about that.

Well I haven't, but my father has. But the thing is I don't know these people. I've never seen them before, and it was all too blurry to see faces and remember them. I was too busy feeling pain, and being kicked in the head on the ground.

Regardless. You can't force memories, but try to remember something. The cops will need anything and everything to do something about this. But you still need to tell them you do not feel safe and everything like that. Hold nothing back, because if you do, you may have just let them get away. What I suggest is staying home whenever possible and being driven to school by someone you can trust until the problem is solved.

To be honest, people like this will just keep on if you just let them get away with it. If you do nothing, they'll see you as an easy target and keep doing it for as long as your around. Might not want to stab you anymore, but they'll threaten.

And look, just think positive. Hope for the best and do what you can to stay safe. Trust me, soon enough it will be over. Just be patient and wait it out as necessary.

Your family will protect you, no matter what. If they love you as much as they say, they will doggedly pursue the resolution to this until you can go out safely again. Somebody will solve it, one way or another.

omg tht sounds horrible! I hope your okay. As its been said alot already call the athorities if they dont do anything pursue them and make sure they do its their effing job.


also talk to your friends about them just watching you, I stongly disagree with wht they did. If I saw tht happen to one of my friends I would help him out not just watch.

You're not don't worry. Also, with that weapon, make sure it's not something like a knife or a gun, self defense states that you must use a "reasonable amount of force" as self defense, a knife may be pushing it. Use something like Pepper spray.
