I slowed down time to my frame of reference, It could be said that I slowed down time so much that an infinitely small interval, dt, is the equal to a second.
Now time follows a linear fashion, so we could say one second as perceived by you is an infinite of dt as perceived by me.
limn -> infinity = n*dt -> 1
However you dared me to stop time, therefore dt should not be CLOSE to 0 but should be 0, and thus
limn -> infinity = n*dt !> 1, but actually is equal to 0,
n*dt = n*(0) = 0. Therefore, as I said it was infinite time later, we can safely say that I didn't stop time, but simply slowed down time to a point where it takes an infinite amount of time to travel one second. If I had stopped time, no amount of time relative to me would ever be one second.
