Midevil RP for Ryu the dragon and Magus wolf allon

[Ryu_the_dragon]

"Are you okay?" He stood up in the middle of a spell, producing a half created tent. "Should I get some water?"

[Magus-wolf_Allon]

"no, i'm alright"Brandon breaks out laughing again. "I-I gave King Solomon a dinner gift." Brandon laughs and pulls out a scrying orb from  an impossibly small pocket in his cloak. "See, look." in the orb it shows the king's banquet table full of rich and powerful citizens and embassadors, and on the table are the corpses of the guards who tried to capture them.

[Ryu_the_dragon]

Brutus chuckled "you sir, have gained my respect. I bet solomon is having a wonderful party." He conjured two large mugs of ale "the kings brew is always the best" he offered one to Brandon

[Magus-wolf_Allon]

"Of course, he always knows the best ale-makers to extort it from." Brandon mutters darkly as he drinks it in deeply. "Is that tent onlly one level?"

[Ryu_the_dragon]

"Oh no. Three levels with two large personal chambers." He began to drink, rubbing his bloodied pads. "I dont understand why they dont give prisoners no shoes. Or even some covering besides pants."

[Magus-wolf_Allon]

"to humiliate them. to give them a sense of no control. to deny them their basic rights. Why don't you let me finish making the tent? I know a few more tricks than you do when it comes to magic. In fact, if you consent to, I'll take you as my apprentice." Brandon replies

[Ryu_the_dragon]

Brutus perked up "I.I.I.Id be honoured! Only if its no trouble..." He suddenly felt very embarrassed at his overzealous outburst. "I mean...errm...it would be fantastic.....uhh" he scratched the back of his neck embarrassedly.  He was used to cruel and harsh punishment from a simple smile. He shrank, waiting for a hit.

[Magus-wolf_Allon]

"Of course its no trouble." Brandon's paw did fall towards Brutus, but instead of a hit, Brutus got a hug."are you embarrassed or something? did you expect me to hit you? i noticed that you shrank back a bit. what did Solomon do to you?" Brandon asks in a concerned and caring voice.

[Ryu_the_dragon]

Brutus was astonished by this act of kindness. "Usually if I showed any sign of happyness, like a smile or a laugh, I would be brutally whipped. Or the stocks for public stoning, or usually a small club to the face. When I wasn't out performing tricks for the prince, I was chained up in the dungeons." Again he shrank back, because telling outsiders about his punishments was a strict and harsh rule that was punishable by death.

*As the two Magnuses converse to each other, they gradually become away of eyes watching them from the surrounding darkness of the forest. A light wind blows by, carrying faint whispers from ever which direction* "How bold you two must be, to be such hated criminals of the Empire, yet camp a half of a mile from the very city itself. Do you have a death wish? Or are you simply too lazy to travel farther into the forest? It is no wonder that the mage hunter and his ilk found thee. In fact I wonder why it took them that long in the first place..." *The whispers taunts*

* Brandon looks about himself and chuckles* well plate mail is no armor of a mage,gimme a moment.* Brandon vanishes in a flare of purple light and reappears in a couple of seconds in a mage's purple robes and sash with a short-sword engraved with powerful runes at his side* much better, now who are you? who dares to challenge us, the pair of the greatest mages in the Solomon empire? Who are you who dares to challenge Brandon DuLac, High Mage of Sarvan and the Magus's Guild of the Solomon Defense Forces?* Brandon's eyes glow with arcane light, a sign  of anger*

*The Voices soften as a distant outline of a shadowy figure appears among the darkness* "Names will be given in due time. Your apparel is impressive, but still I ask why thou camp so near the city? Your fire smoke is visible by the walls. I can only assume an army has been sent to kill you by now. An army far too large for you to deal with. Perhaps we can become better acquainted as we together flee for our lives?" *The shadowy figure nears the two mages, and seems to be an anthro-wolf.*

[Magus-wolf_Allon]

"Then let us be off, and we must make with all haste if what you say is true." Brandon says as he moves towards the shadowy figure.
