Reaching out and grabbing the collar of his shirt throws him back, "Alright....boy.... lets see if you can back those words up.", taking off his hat and coat reveals a riddled body scars and wearing an eye patch, popping his neck takes a fellow pirates sword and toss it to the ground with him, soon draws his blade with one side razor sharp, and the other side having a saw blade look as the points go down to the hilt.

"Stand up, sonny... and try to hold back, I'd hate to be disappointed..."

Brutus snikered. "This is some cheap equiptment, but i guess its all you dirt-bags could afford" he pocked up the sword and prepaired himself. "Lets make this quick, I gotta get back to my country.."

"The name is Captain Cervantes Lars... the last name you will ever know and you will beg for death... but before I end your life, what country do you wish to even go back too?" takes a stance and laughs.

"This so called crew you support, was the one that torched and destroyed it all, not even the children lived through it, so again who's side are you on?"

"Im Exavior "Brutus" Hamlin, leader of the English armada. Ranked as the first commanding officer by the queen herself!" He lunged the sword point first tward  his opponents chest, aiming att his heart.

With a grin grabs the blade with his left hand which he wearing an iron gauntlet, and pulling it upward deals a head bud to Brutus, knocking him back, the crew backing up to give them more room pulling the hostages back, "You have good stance and your lunge is impressive, but you lack strength and purpose..."

tapping the sword on the ground in a mocking manner, waves hand towards himself, "Care to try again?.......boy...."

Brutus stood, realing from the last hit. In his blind rage he stood and sprinted at his opponent, slamming the butt of his sword into the opposing capitans eye patch "My PURPOSE is to free my crew and destroy this peice of crap you call a boat..."

With a wide grin turns sideways but gets his eye patch ripped off, with a quick twist trips up Brutus into a stack of barrels, "Following a cause like that..." puts sword away and crosses arms with his eye exposed being black and the color being red (his other eye is a normal brown), "Will surely get you killed."

"Heh, your nothing more than a child with a sword... unfocused, wild, and the naval forces bitch..." laughs and gets serious now.

"You are nobody, a filthy, homeless man with a haphazard crew and a load of lumber you call a "ship" I wouldn't stay here if I was payed. I would rather die than stay with this un-bathed group of people." He turned and grabbed the sword, slashing at the mast and stuck the sword their. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a rolled cigar and a match, lighting the end and taking a few puffs.

Pulls out pistol and shots the cigar out of Brutus' mouth spinning it in his hand than back around his belt, "Is that how you really think of us really? The sea is our home, all these men joined by their own, pulling their own weight and earning their own share... which is more than what you probably make in a year..."

Walking around Brutus with the crew moving supplies to their ship taking the hostages too, pops knuckles and grins, "Besides you should be grateful for me leaving you alive... I'm about to make you a deal... or would you like to continue this pointless fight, you know you can't win."

Brutus spit out the rest of the ciagar. "That cost me 15 pounds!" He leaned in, suddenly interested "a deal you say? Im listening..."

Snickers and yawns, "You seem to be able to handle yourself and certainly have a fire in your eyes..."

"And we could always use more worthy fighters with skill, so how would you like to join us..." picking up hat, crosses arms, besides you really have no home left..." turns around and hops on the boat ledge, "Where do you think this ship came from, and why you got a knot on your head?"

Brutus remembered back to the fire..."alright...fine. I will join your crew. As long as you got a good supply of ale." He fixed his collar. "Oh, and I cannot be known as Brutus, the english will have a bounty on my head soon enough."

Laughs and places coat on shoulders, "Bounty? hehe!" suddenly the whole crew burst out into laughter, "That will be the least of your worries my friend!", Jumps over and lands on the deck of his ship, "Trust me when I say this..." Snickers and proceeds to the wheel, "And I forget to mention, the ale is something ou earn... but rum? is every day!!!"

"Prepare to set sail!!!"

"Alright" he turned to his old crew who was in shock at the desition that was just made. He looked at the boat, now destroyed and with little left keeping them afloat. "well...i think you can pull yourself out of this mess." he hopped to the next boat and began to pull up the sails and prepair the boat for launch.

As the ship takes off catching some wind the other ship slowly sinks, "We have to make up for lost time! ALL SAIL!!!" the crew scrambles about quickly, "Lets find that treasure then..." and spins the wheel turning the ship.

"For I am!!! CAPTAIN CERVANTES LARS!!! THE BEAST OF THE EASTERN SEAS!!!"
