Snake. Despite Sam Fisher's badassery, Snake is a super soldier who can shoot down a Hind by himself. AND kill a psychokinetic entity who can control his **censor** MIND and destroy a mobile Nuclear Weapon Platform singlehandedly.

Flood Juggernaut (Halo) or a Necromorph Brute (Dead Space)?

The Brute is armoured and is surprisingly fast while able to produce devastating punches on it's opponent.
Unless the Juggernaut can hit the Brute's weak spots, the Juggernaut is screwed.

Iron Man vs Samus Aran

Samus Aran.
Although Samus lacks the intelligence and sheer ingeniousness of Iron Man, she is much more calm, less cocky and better in martials arts. Not to mention that her suit is considerably more advanced than iron mans suit, so Samus would eventually win.

I would go with Naruto,
from what I understood he has a terrible fox-kistune in him, and Krillan is known to die a lot.

Well, a tiger has some stealth, but a lot of strength and moderate speed. Panther has great stealth and speed, but lacks strength. I'd have to say panther. Fast and stealthy always wins...until you add magic to the mix, then the mage KILLS YOU ALL!!!
 
3 vampires or 100 zombies?

Probably the Vampires although they are outnumbered their strength, speed, and mostly their intelligence would probably win out. Plus the major trouble with zombies turning allies would not be a problem since the vampires are already undead. Also since vampires have regeneration the zombies have nothing really in their arsenal capable of delivering fatal blows to the vampires .

Wonder Woman or Tifa Lockhart

Even though Wonder Women is stronger and generally more powerful, I'd have to say Tifa would win because Wonder Women would never kill or seriously harm her opponent while Tifa will.
