The Vampire Killer from the Castlevania series is one of my favorites...
Once one can perceive how good it is to wear wranglers, one can begin to perceive everything else. It's all part and parcel. The soup is hot, the jeans are cool. The soup is cold, the jeans are out. Let us hear these words echoed from every corner and dead end of the universe.

Now that Fallout 3 is mentioned... I can't believe I forgot the Guass Rifle from it and New Vegas. I have also become incredibly fond of the Light Rifle and SAW of Halo 4.

The Devastator (Duke Nukem)
Soul Cube (Doom 3)
Mesmetron (Fallout 3)
Lightning Bolt (Elder Scrolls Skyrim)
Lawn Mower (Dead Rising)
Minigun (Serious Sam)
Laughing-gas thrower (Serious Sam: The Next Encounter)
Gravity Gun (Half life 2)
Gravity Gun (Turok)
Bow (Far Cry 3)
Flare gun (Far Cry 2)
and so on

The mesmetron isn't really a killing weapon, though. It's more of a slave gathering device. Does it count?

It can kill them if it fails to hypnotize them. Never actually did the side quest involving it, soooo... I just sell it to Moira, most times. It can cause cranial disruptions and stun enemies, however. So, technically, it can be used as a deadly weapon.

But the kill outcome is only a %20 probability, while you have frenzy at %30 probability and stun/mesmerize at %50 probability. Using it as a weapon isn't really effective.
Also, how did you get into paradise falls without doing the quest "Strictly Business"? Did you kill them all?

Every single one of them. Then I freed all the slaves. c: But yeah, it still has the potential to kill, so while its viability as a weapon is far from reliable... It still can. XD

I have a list:

1. Portal gun (From portal, obviously).
2. The Flame Staff from Final Fantasy XII.
3. Most (If not all) SMG guns from Borderlands 1.
4. A good old hockey stick (From NHL 11. Maybe not technically a 'weapon' to most, but it is to me XD).

Outside on a winter's night as the rain begins to fall
There's a chill in the air and the howl of a wolf while the rain beats at the door
Seven kings will ride on the wind up towards        the mountains high
And the only sound that will break the air is the warrior's bitter cry

-Starfire by Dragonforce.

For those who know me I'm still kicking around here, enjoying life. For those who don't know me I do invite you to get to know me if you'd like :3.

Tie Between:
Blundergat and all the other 3 variations of it from Black Ops 2: Zombies: Mob of the Dead.
Golden Spork from the same map and game.

Blundergat is the definition of pwnage and just plain wonderful wonderful. Not to mention there's nothing more satisfying than hearing the powerful boom of a 4-barrel shotgun that either just plain turns zombies into red goo, or one that fires acid bombs that have a time delay so it can take the attention of the whole horde away from you before exploding in their faces.

And the spoon? The most epic melee weapon ever created in the FPS world. Nothing's better to screw with the minds of your friends than holding a golden spork and 1-hit melee killing zombies through wave 33.
