All of the letters in my username are in one location on the keyboard and the caps lock is big enough.
I think it also depends on how long your name is and how sharp your elbow is and your keys; surface size and how far down you have to press them. Not to mention the angle you're "elbowing" at :3 I daren't try anymore, I think my parents are looking at me funny.

I did it slowly this time but it still counts, right? It's hard to find your elbow sometimes, especially considering you never usually look at it, fortunately for his my elbow is pretty boney :3
