Hello From A Noob.

Hello all!
Yes, I'm a complete newcomer. To be honest it's  a tad scary.

So, anyway. HI!
My name is Maine (but really Sarah) and I'm from that land down under.
I am nineteen and I've been searching for a great online community to become a part of since I finished High School/College.
I've got a lot of time on my hands, and after doing some snooping around (please forget I said that,) this seems like a pretty sweet place to be.

I'm quite an eclectic personality, so I won't go too much into that. If you have any queries I'm here to answer them
(I like ALL THE THINGS!!) I'm kind of an artist?

I'm really looking forward to getting into some rp, and making some new friends.

I was new to the fandom when I joined here too (wasn't that long ago, actually) and the best advice I can give you is to just be yourself!

Ah yes, the obligatory [and fun] getting to know me ~

Hobbies: I like games, board games, computer games. always have. I grew up with Pokemon, so they are a favorite. especially emerald version. Games I also like are : Okami, minecraft, Jazz Jackrabbit, Avalon code, Spyro and Crash.

Books! all time favorites include The Inheritance Cycle, The Orchardist, The Outsiders, Talon, The Dragon Keeper series and Feeling Sorry For Celia. I like dragons

I'd say my biggest (and probably most dangerous) pastime is my need for adventure. I'm always finding new trails in the surrounding bush, sometimes it's dangerous, but I don't care I love it. It's nice to find a space somewhere to just space out and relax. Is that weird?
Also I love any kind of sport, but I'm not on any teams :\   

Interests: I am big into graphic design and photography. I love all forms of art, I just love creating stuff I guess.
Also, I wish to start wring my first novel soon If you would like to know

Anime/cartoons....I love them Adventure Time, mlp, Avatar, fma, Fairy Tail, Bamboo Blade, you name it I will grow to have an unhealthy attachment to it 

Music: I could go on forever, but at the moment these are a few I be diggin' recently; Ellie Goulding, Andrew Huang, Cameras, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Tallest Man On Earth, Fleet Foxes, Tinpan Orange, Sara Bareilles, Mutemath, Florence + the Machine, Lily Allen, The Jezebels, Daughter, The Chemical Brothers aaaand DeadMau5
yes, its a long list, but if there is one thing you should know, it's that I love music

I remember first joining about 4 years ago or so... Have been gone a while and just recently started coming back again now I'm at Uni, and thought I might as well join in with the welcomes to the newbies 




All I have to say is this place can be pretty great for RP and art, I used to do a lot more art than I get the time to do these days, but when I did I could always rely on someone to come and give some advice or just check out what I had drawn... In general everyone is super friendly, so I would say you picked right by deciding to come here

It's great that you're getting back into the forum! I used to a part of another forum but left for school reasons and when I got back... POOF!! gone. not a trace, I think I might of imagined the whole thing

Oooooh... I remember seeing a trailer for that, I haven't seen it yet though. It's one of those films on my list of 'must watch at some point, when I get the time/actually remember' 


Also, hey an Ozzie!    One of my sister's lives in Australia with her husband, I've always wanted to go see her and some of Australia sometime... Also Melbourne is the homeplace of my favorite little Indie band, The Cat Empire
