New Life (OOC) - Reboot

Senario:
 
Peace had reigned in Shakall for years.  Humans, ferals, and furries alike lived in harmony under Queen Escanda.  However, humans felt oppressed under the peaceful facade, banning together and joining with the people under Queen Lyasa's reign, the enemies of Shakall.  The polar opposite of Shakall's equal reign, Humans keep furries as slaves, treating them as objects. 

Queen Lyasa had organized an attack regime to bring Shakall to it's knees.  Within weeks of the alliance, Queen Lyasa sent thousand of troops to the peaceful city, killing anyone in the way and destroying everything not useful to them.  In the panic, many of the survivers fled to the ships, both air and sea.  Families got separated in the panic, species mixing and trampling others.  Humans, ferals, and Furries mixed regardless of any previous prejudice, Queen Lyasa's troops hot on their tails.
 
Within minutes of takeoff, enemy airships shot at air- and sea-ships, destroying around half of the sea ships and nearly all of the air ships in minutes.  With storms brewing close by, Queen Lyasa pulled her troops.  She had her prize: The city and all the remaining people.
 
Now, exiled from their home and lost in a sea ready to kill them, the remaining people of Shakall must find a new home in the islands nearby, fighting off hunger, dehydration, illness, and distrust while working toward their goal: Getting Shakall back.  Meanwhile, Queen Lyasa is hunting them down, bit by bit anihilating Queen Escanda's efforts.  For Queen Escanda's people, the battle has only begun...
 
Setting:
 
Steampunk/medeival mix.
A group of large remote islands with no sentient civilizations.  This means no cities, towns, villages, or any other settlement.
Castaways not allowed unless you are given EXPLICIT permission.  For those that do get them, you must be able to work them into the story without compromising the others.
 
Rules:
 
1. No god modding, power playing, etc.
2. Don't skip ahead!  I know there are lulls in RPing, but DO NOT skip ahead. The RP is about the journey, not the reward.
3. No killing others without consent of the owner.
4. Be as realistic as possible, not just in character terms, but relative medical terms.  It sounds hard but here's the basics:
Stragulation: knock out two and three minutes, death three and four.
Shooting (Rare): bleed out withing twn minutes TOPS.  Placement will effect this.
Stabbing: Bleedout in ten to fifteen tops.  Placement will effect this.

Name: Shina Roveuinez
Species: Leopard/tiger mix
Age: 18
Description: Brown and black spots over white fur.  Striped lower legs and forearms.  Large ears, wide paws, and sturdy.
Personality: Always one to put a smile up despite the bad situation, Shina usually hides her discomfort, fear, sadness, and other more negative emotions behind humor.  She's rather resourceful, owing to having to help take care of her sister, who had been more against their mother's moving around.  She's rather friendly to those younger than her, and likely to take charge when things go bad.
Skills: Scavenging, sewing, creating shelters, etc.  Shina is no pushover in personality, but prefers to work more in homekeeping than in hunting and fighting.  Most likely to take on organization in a group.  Seafaring is fifty fifty.
Non-skills: Fighting, hunting, etc.  Is not particularly good at building ships.

Description:
Reddish-brown fur. Slighter dark at the paws, lighter at the torso to chest areas. Has dark brown eyes, as is the case with typical rodents.

Personality:
Perfers to act alone. He feels the company of others will only weigh him down. He is rather tough in the way he speaks and talks in a direct manner thats often preceived as blunt.

Skills:
Archery; specifically with a sling and stone.
Basic shelter construction. He has knowledge of building shelters. He is not a master, but at least he knows the basics of how to construct a shelter.
He is strong for a squirrel and can ignore pain and the strain of muscle wear; that is, the can push himself beyond what he is capable of. This kind of strain has painful impact the moment later.

None-skills:
Has pore peoples skills; he doesnt know how to speak properly to people, which only adds to his seclusion. He lacks sympath and empathy.
He has a tought time moveing through water... He cant swim. So he trys his best to stay away from water.

He has no relationship and no one in his family is alive. This includes a sister.
