first RP

this is my first RP ill probably need some pointers from a more experienced roleplayer

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

Walks into the room and pulls up a chair, sitting on it in reverse and resting his hands on his arms, "Well, you might want to start with proper grammar. Improper grammar can sometimes confuse people from knowing what you're wanting to input into the RP."

[Chronic Payne]

Leans against the wall and crosses arms with a smile, "It also never hurts to read up on the rules, after all they are there for a reason.", pops neck and sighs, "So many think they can just blindly make one... Hehe."

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

"In many of the more complex, serious and long-running RPs, you'll notice colored quotes like this and, their thoughts are in italics, colors and NOT in quotes." Because god knows that even furs' minds wander all the time, just like people. Shinzuu shifts his arms rolls his neck, making cracking sounds. "And, of course, high players tend to, grammatically once in a while, mention their names in the third person when describing their actions. Then, they would use other ways of mentioning themselves, so as not to sound ridiculously repetitive." The Wolf-Tiger stood up and stretched with his hands in the air, his right, feline eye glistening its neon-green glow, a far contrast from his brown left eye.

Thagrahn walks in and sits on the ground with his legs crossed, "Event those who are just beginning their first RP would need to know that the over all RP thread reads better when all of the RP is done from a consistent Point of View, such as all third person. Though, if one person does use first person, they should be the only one to do it."

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

Shinzuu nods in agreement, "Yep. Most RPs you join first will most likely be like that. Once you head on to the higher level ones, you'll see less of that. I personally think it's best to stay with 3rd person so as not to confused others and yourself." He pulled the chair back over, but sits on it normally this time, taking out a PSP from his pocket and starting it up.
