seeing as they're working on being able to grow body parts form stem cell clusters and are creating advanced prosthetics that can electronically sense your nerve impulses, i wouldnt doubt it.
(the war is good for one thing, medical advancements in body prosthetics/augmentation...)

Feet are easy to fix. Digitigrade legs, not so much
for feet, you would remove the small toe bone all the way up, cut the ligament, and bandage the foot from ankle to ball of the footto form an elongated limb and pawpad, then silicone inserts to accentuate toepads. then part of the nailbed would be removed on either side so that claws would grow

If you request that a vet be present to give you your annual shots, you might be a Furry (but they're so much more damn gentle than evil nurses at my doctor's office!)
