Enrollment to this RP is now closed, everybody who signed up by this post are players in the RP.
I will have an IC up sometime today. At first we'll be pairing off to allow everybody to establish their character in facility training exercises. There is no official posting order and these pairings are bound to go at different paces. If your partner goes MIA for a prolonged period of time, let me know and I'll work with you to keep you active and write out the player who has gone inactive if I cannot contact them.
EDIT
The IC is now up!
The Hunter-Hunted exercise is a contest between Hermian and Artemisian Subject types. It take place in a large enclosed wooded area with one formal narrow pathway bisecting the wooded portions. In the center of the enclosure is a small clearing with a flag. The objective for the Artemisian is to capture/detain the Hermian before he completes his objective. The objective for the Hermian is to capture the flag and return it to the sole gateway into the training field. The Artemisian gets a 10 minute head start and a pack of simple tools to lay whatever traps or strategies they see fit. While the Hermian is fast, the only place they can get to full speed would be the pathway, which would be easy to trap. Running within the woods would give the Artemisian a much better ability to keep pace due to their agility and the uneven forest floor.
The Counter-Intelligence exercise pits a psychic against a precog in which each are given a multi-level puzzle box to set their own combinations to. From there they exchange puzzles and race to be the first to solve it using only their minds and abilities.
Bio-Mechanical Hadesian treatment is a new procedure that is used to both treat the Hadesian's need for drawing upon the vitality of another as well as examine what effects it has on the mechanical portions of the Subjects. The previous time this test was done, it was quickly apparent that the treatment time is substantially longer as compared to predominately organic Subjects. As a result, this is mainly going to be a way for the two players to establish their relation to one another, converse, and otherwise establish their characters' personalities.
Combative testing is pretty straight forward; two Subjects go into the ring and the exercise ends once a subject is subdued or incapacitated. It should be noted that you are not to kill one another. There is an NPC Apollonian on standby to help recover whatever injuries the Subjects may sustain during this exercise.
Ultimately, it doesn't matter who 'wins' in these exercises and they are simply a means for people to bring their characters to life. I highly encourage you to contact your 'partner' in these exercises and coordinate how things should play out. Most importantly, have fun with it!
