Name: Alex "Fawxe" Jace
Age: 21
Species: Fynx (Fox-Lynx Hybrid)
Appearance: Linky~!Type: Hephaestian
% Biological: 70%
Favor: Failure
Personality: Alex is the product of not only mechanical experimentation but genetic as well. Being cross-bred between American Red Fox DNA and Siberian Lynx DNA Alex has a musculuture that is stronger than the average fox and leaner than the average Lynx. His skin is thicker and his coat tends to be a bit thicker, but besides that and the ear tufts he looks foxlike, thus his nickname of "Fawxe". Alex, being the latest production of Hephaestian was overhauled with nanotechnology which allowed them to fit to more with less. In theory he should have some of the best remote access and hacking abilities that they've produced yet. In practice, however, the limited experience he was given with both the hardware and software compared to the demands of the trials overwhelmed his brain. There was simply too much data flowing around him, and the defenses and counterhacking that the systems were running were just too much. After enough time spent coming to terms with all the modifications that were made to him and the advanced machinery and software he was given, Alex pulled off one stunning success, but after that they started increasing the difficulty again. This has left Alex a bit in a grey area as his scores have improved very slowly but he is still listed as a failure. Alex always has glasses on that look much like sunglasses but they don't obscure his vision. One of the modifications given to him are tele-optics which have the zoom capabilities of a professional camera though not the power of say binoculars. When active they cause an intense glow from his eyes and even when not in use his eyes still glow faintly blue. Alex often has a love-hate relationship with this facet of his body, sometimes loving the gentle glow and the ability it comes with, other times it is just a reminder of the twisted creation he is.
Initial Opinion of Administration: Alex used to love the administration for the power that was given to him and marveled at the glow of his eyes. When the test started he would cry and stalk his small quarters in misery knowing that he wasn't living up to the administrations expectations. Alex hated being a useless failure and started to hate himself, later he realised that he was not to blame. "I shouldn't even be here.. I should be outside and happy, I'm not even natural. They did this.." With his shift in resolve and self-reliance Alex became focused on his own survival and this point his survival depended on becoming a success. Alex used to struggle with his hatred, trying to say that it was the ones running the experiments that were evil and should face judgement. Alex started to realise that the ones that made him what he is could easily know and be doing nothing. On the verge of another series of breakdowns Alex simply devalued the lives of all the humans in the complex. If they were just mindless creatures with no sense of right or wrong than he couldn't be mad at them. It would also make it easier to kill them if the time ever came.
***Made him less biological***
