In this case, it did. Her parents were human and their hobby was stalking. When she was born, her supernatural powers froze her face that way. On an off note, a stalker is also a type of demon from the Nether. (Vulpyrian hell basically. No resemblance to minecraft whatsoever.)

What exactly does Sahsa's face look like? I know it is weird and deformed, but that could mean a multitude of things.
At the very least a picture or a more detailed description would clarify things.

It's mostly weird. The real creepiness is just a side effect of her supernatural abilities known as Repulsion. A similar effect that can be cured can be achieved through a curse. Anyways, it's a small face, large smile or other facial expression, almost always screaming creep and she wears slightly tinted blue spiral glasses.
