Necrophobia; fear of death and all things related to it.

See, my first few years of conscious life were spent in a funeral home. I've been unphased by death my whole life, even rather morbidly amused by others' fear of it.


Apparently one time when I was like five, my dad took me into the casket room and I spent half the time petting the velvet on a casket... an OCCUPIED one.

Emetophobia; The fear of vomiting. It literally runs my life.

[The Past]

Oh, vomiting. I have to be very sick to vomit (it's only happened to me twice), so I've associated it with extreme illness, and when people tell me they threw up, I get scared and awfully concerned about them.

Bees and wasps. Oh lord, I can't stand being near those things. People keep scolding me for disliking bees, but I'm sorry, but they look similar to wasps and they sting, so they still freak me out. And just... the way they fly looks so abnormal to me. It's like they're hanging on strings, like a puppet or something. Just thinking about it makes me shiver. I admit that they look cool, though. In photos...

I also have claustrophobia (fear of small spaces). Even putting on tight clothing that's hard to take off makes me panic. Like, if I try on a pair of old pants and can't pull them up past my thighs, I have a quick second of panic and quickly take them off. I will actually start crying if I can't get the tight clothing off soon enough. :I

The only time I've successfully flown unassisted was when there were wasps in front of the door to escape the house.

To be honest, I don't understand why people are so obsessed with it. I understand to embrace it as a "yolo/carpe diem" thing but if someone fantasizes about being dead I think the best bet would be therapy.




MOVING ON before I get nightmares, I'm also terrified of needles and water. HOLY HELL

 Mirrors where I can see my own reflection for some reason, really freak me out. Not just any reflective surface, mirrors specifically. I refuse to look into my own bathroom mirror as, when I do, I tend to disassociate and not move for like five minutes as the reflection kinda enraptures me.  And when I'm done staring off into space, I tend to be get into the "I have to leave the house or my reflection will kill me" mode.

PLANT ROOTS excluding grass roots, they just don't bother me.
When I have to touch or be close to an abundance of visible plant roots I have kinda sorta small panic attacks.
I guess I feel that the roots are going to grow into me or tie me up or something.

NOTE: Let it be known throughout the Furry Forums and the internet that this is possibly one of the most specific fears out there.


I have a similar feel. I'm scared of really creepy looking plants; especially these dandelions that aren't really dandelions. They're these mother f***ers that are abundant in my state of California and ESPECIALLY IN MY AREA called SOW THISTLES.

I have NIGHTMARES about these things. Ever since I was little. If one touched me I would scream and kill it by any means necessary. I remember when I was younger I had a dream that THESE F***ING THINGS GREW ALL OVER MY HOUSE AND MY BODY AND WHEN I WOKE UP I SCREAMED BLOODY MURDER AND IT WAS AT THREE IN THE MORNING. I don't know how my dad can touch these a**holes without feeling uneasy, since he does a lot of yardwork, including pulling up weeds.


These things aren't thistles to me. No. THIS IS A GODDAMN THISTLE

Sow Thistles AREN'T. They're the national flower of HELL.
