Sexuality Survey for School

NOTE: I apologize for posting a topic very similar to one that already exists, unfortunately I can not use data from another survey or source and must use my own.


Hello! My name is Kona Akiura, or at least my fursona is! I am conducting a survey for a school assignment and chose the Furry Fandom to be my population (the group the survey is supposed to represent).
Unfortunately I could not reach every furry around the globe, so the best I could do is post the survey here, on the forums.
The goal is to be as close to unbiased as possible, so please if you see this post take a minute to answer!
I need at least 50 answers by Sunday, however more participants would be appreciated! A larger sample size will make the data more accurate!

Should be noted that you've summed sexuality down to three discrete values and you'll find sexuality generally can be considerably more diverse!

A more preferred method would be

0 - Completely heterosexual
1 - Mostly heterosexual with incidental homosexual behavior
2 - Mostly heterosexual with more than incidental homosexual behavior
3 - Bisexual
4 - Mostly homosexual with more than incidental heterosexual behavior
5 - Mostly homosexual with incidental heterosexual behavior
6 - Completely homosexual

(Might also contain one for asexuality and perhaps pansexuality)

wow okay so i actually spend a lot of time thinking about this and formulating a visualization of a graph in my head (am i allowed to post again??)
this graph tries to be more inclusive (much like i tried to be sciencey) but obviously each gender and sexuality is different and experienced in different ways.


so, along the X and Y axis we have the gender spectrum(s). the circles in the center are bisexuality, polysexuality and pansexuality. if you fit in one of these circles then that's probably your sexuality but i can't label you any more than a tree can. your sexuality is yours.
if you're attracted to anyone or anything outside the circles, i can't tell you what you are. that's your prerogative.

ok because im a moron i forgot to put demi on this graph thing. to be honest, i think demisexual people COULD THEORETICALLY appear anywhere on here, but there would be an asterisk there that leads to a footnote saying "i liked you as a friend AND NOW YOURE HOT" but really it varies from person to person so??? this could also apply to sapiosexual people as well uwu

Ok, I don't mind filling in this small survey to help you ^^
However, I would like to note that not all sexualities have been mentioned. Perhaps it's a good idea (for fture reference) to add an option: 'Other' And then have the person who answers say what the term is what they go by and what it means (summary or a link to the explanation of the term).

1) C. (This is Bisexual, closest to what my sexuality is, which is Pansexual)
2) 10. (Fully support same sex-relationships)




Edit:
What might also be best, if it's for a school assignment next time, is make a form (maybe through google drive/docs) and it will create a link. This can be shared and you can simply post the link to he form on the forums. That way the results will be anonymous from each other and you will get all the results in one document also.

Thank you to all who participated! The survey was conducted on three furry forums; Sofurry, Fur Affinity, and The Furry Forums. Furtopia never responded to my account submission and therefore could not be included.
Together we collected 68 pieces of data, which are now all anonymous below. This is 18 above what was required and 1 below 69. All of you, thanks again!
Now that the survey is over, I am able to speak. I apologize to everyone who had troubles or found the survey flawed in some way. I was not able to respond to any comments, or make opinions of my own during the survey, because that may have created extra bias.
To everyone who pointed out sources of bias, I am aware of this. The population is a global community of around a quarter million. There is no way in one weekend anyone could reach every furry, or come close to representing them. I used multiple global forums to try and reach as wide a sample as possible. There may even be better ways to do this, however I was pressed for time.
I am extremely sorry that the choices were not adequate. If this survey was primarily to see how many furries are in each sexuality, this would be an extremely unreliable survey. Needless to say I learned a lot during this survey. You may see why I tried to keep the choices limited when you take a look at the data below. With only 68 responses it would be difficult to do a “results per sexuality” layout and have significant numbers for each.  Because of this inconvenience, pansexuals were put into the closest (up for debate) category, bisexual.A | 26

65.4% of Heterosexuals in the furry community say they completely support same sex relationships.
92.3% of Heterosexuals in the furry community are indifferent or above.
 
92.9% of Homosexuals in the furry community are in complete support of same sex relationships.
100% of Homosexuals in the furry community are indifferent or above.
 
84% of Bisexuals in the furry community completely support same sex relationships
 
76.5% of all furries surveyed are completely in support of same sex relationships

~38,5% are bisexual or poly/panssxual

I wish. Unfortunately, by only giving those three choices and not including every sexuality the results are skewed. I.E. people who are asexual may have been forced to answer one of those.
