OK, heres three things I've had but I don't no what they are called in other countries:
 
Abalone
Scallops (I've even had scallop souvlaki!  Actually I've had octopus souvlaki too)
Crocodile sausages AND alligator sausages.
 
And I have had *ehem* possum and wallaby burgers - I am a fox, stop judging me!
