"The hero's hidden blade conveniently comes out after I vomit," Cyrille said with a sarcastic grin. He then proceeded to slide down the wall and sit on the floor beside Lyzer's door, looking up to him and continuing his talk. "It's not as Alexander doesn't fully know what I intend, however it's also not something he'd expect me to do so abruptly." He continued careful sips of his drink, developing the drunkard sway. "He knows that I am up to something, ever since I took a fair amount of information from his hyena tool. But, as I am sure you have taken a noticing, a bit of implication makes him feel as if my intentions are a bit more.... Lewd." Cyrille then laughs for a minute at his ploy, albeit stopping this laugh when he notices Lyzer's serious disposition.
"In continuation;" He shifts a bit and looks to Lyzer more seriously, "I'm going into Alexander's location and fixing something I should have a while ago. Now part of me would ask for help, but it's more cliche and heroic if I go alone. Not to mention stupid and prideful, but it is something that I either succeed and obtain a fair amount of cash and finish my goal, or I die." He chuckles, refilling his empty glass once more and coughing for a second before finishing another sip. "But by doing it alone, I don't have to deal with anyone getting hurt because of my shortcomings, and I don't have to deal with them potentially holding me back."
"I know it's stupid, but I've been at this game for a while, now. Alexander won't back down from a challenge." He sighs and places down his glass, "And it's only fitting that I, the old companion, fulfill the cliche and take him down."
