On a dreary night as the snow fell vastly across the land nothing visible but the wall of white and the dull lulling lights of the city in the distance, As the Fox walked bundled up in a heavy coat, paws in his pockets with an Olive green duffle bag hanging off of one shoulder and balaclava covering all but his eyes. His eyes watery from being hit by the flurry of snow attacking his body. The snow packed under his scuffed up brown combat boots. As the path seems to get longer and longer the Fox pulls his light brown paws out of his jacket whipping his delicate dazzling Green cat like eyes gently, no cars in sight only the the lights of the city in slumber.
(I will work on more but so far with do you think?)
The walk seemed to only drag on, the lights not moving closer but further away. The Fox walked on the crunching sound of the snow packing down sent vibrations from his boots to his spine, the cold winds whisper wrapping snow around his body as he shivers. Small dots of red follow the fox as he walks, appearing drop by drop behind him. The Fox continued walking hearing the sound of a vehicle driving he swung around his tail still in front of him as he turned, but there was no vehicle in sight. He turned around slowly to see a wolf in front of him. A puff of steamy breath comes from the wolf ask he speaks "What are you doing out here in this cold" The fox remained silent and nodded. The wolf was wearing a long overcoat with a few holes in it, His pants were thick Olive green and his boots covered in mud. The wolf walked behind the fox and before the fox could turn around he was gone, no footprints left, no sign.
The fox sighed exhaling a puff of steam. The wolf looked familiar but he could not name the wolf, soon the fox began walking again his steps beginning to get slower. He looked up to see a sign on the road dimly lit saying "INN", the fox walked up to the inn and looked around, no cars, no people, just a building with all the windows busted out as if people wanted to escape, there was only one room with the windows intact. The door was cracked open slightly with the light on. The fox walked in and announced "Is anyone Here" the fox heard nothing and closed the door, The fox walked back into the bathroom and jumped in surprise griping his chest. In the tub was the wolf he saw earlier, He had cuts all over his body blood flowing out of each cut. The Fox quickly put his finger on the wolfs neck checking for a pulse but null there was none. The fox sighed and shook his head looking at the wolfs body seeing a dog tag, he fell to his knees and grab it quickly, looking at it closely, it read "David Goliath......1st Tank Battalion".
The fox begun to tear up and fall to his knees clenching the dog tags, tears falling from his muzzle down onto the dog tags and the floor. The fox took a steady and slow deep breath and as he stood his knees weak he mustered a small voice and the word "Brother" came out in a sweet soothing gruff voice. Looking at the body the fox pulled a blanket out of his duffle bag and covered the body and shed some more tears running down his muzzle, gasping for a breath. As he walked away from the body he looked around the room, The King sized bed's covers were gone and the bed itself was covered in dry blood, looking at the desk in the room covered in dust it had a note but the writings were chicken scratch and covered in dried blood. The fox Ran out of the room crying falling his back to the wall in the snow uncontrollably sobbing as the snow wiped his eyes, Soon the fox regain composure and punched out the windows to the room from the outside his hand bleeding from the glass shards dripping into the snow and turning the flakes around his hand red with blood, The fox begun to walk again still tears roll down his muzzle into the snow and it whips across his face.
