For the record "Cracker Barrel" is more than a restaurant. Back in the wild west It was also the name for any snack-ish food they wuold eat before bed.

Also for the record cowboys never just sat around a campfire at night. They would only cook on it and sit a bit away from it so there eyes could be adjusted to the dark in case they got jumped
