I personally like to slice up my spam (once vertical and all across) and fry it up with scrambled eggs (3 to4 eggs with 1/2 a can of spam).
basically, scramble eggs, slice spam, place spam on skillet then pour eggs onto spam after flipping spam when first side is done cooking.
flip once more after that side is done (don't worry about breaking the eggs), and cook for 5 more seconds before turning off the fire.
Been a favourite, lazy dish for years.
