Anything crunchy! Chips (crisps, depending on what side of the planet you're on). They are my most guilty pleasure and i will eat an entire bag in one sitting! xD

Why peanut butter? Get the Smucker's Peanut Butter/Jelly jar that has a mix of both. Now THAT makes anyone feel better.
