Embarrassing things you do

i don't have diagnosed ocd but i have to keep my hands clean i get rely frustrated when they are even slightly dirty they don't have to be dirty or sticky i just have to of touched something that is sticky and i have to wash my hands it dose not sound that bad but say im eating a mc Donald's meal once i have finished the chips i have to wash my hands the i eat the burger wash my hands again drink the drink and then wash my hands again

That's not 0CD, that's just not being gross. It's horrible when you touch something someone else has and it's all greasy or slimy or sticky from their lack of personal hygiene.

your right in saying its not ocd id say its more ritualistic behavior 
also when i o touch something sticky i get rely short tempered and i feel uncomfortable their was one time in one of my lessons when the desk was slightly sticky and i was so cross and couldn't concentrate all lesson i had to wash my hands and do the rest of my work on my lap

Flopping my arms around like a retard whenever I'm excited or nervous. I can't help it

I have a tick from nerve damage in my shoulder and I get really embarrassed when people notice

I sing loudly in public

Two things-

I get super embarrassed by characters from any media.... i feel like i am the one doing the embarrassing thing ( you should see me at the movies, it's horrible)

And when i am deep in though i tend to just walk subconsciously it annoying when i have to study..

I tend to be up until 3 to 4 AM at night at my computer

I sometimes sing in the shower off key in the locker room. It's actually quite embarrassing because everyone thinks I'm singing off key on purpose

I pace around the room whenever I talk on the phone, which annoys some people.


I also have an embarrassing habit of starting sentences before I know how I'm gonna end them so it just stop because I have to think It sometimes happens when I'm trying to be witty, not normal conversation.


Gotta learn not to force the wit I guess.
