I can straighten my thoughts out better when I think out loud. When I do this, it looks as though I'm having a conversation with someone who isn't really there. It's always really embarrassing when someone catches me mid conversation and asks me about it

I sound perfectly fine, and I can talk perfectly fine. But sometimes I just can't speak, like I'll say a word and it comes out sounding like another language, for example, deaths turns into deafs. Idk sometimes.
