UPDATE sorry for being absent for so long, things have been rather busy at home lately. I just graduated
and in doing so, what better way to celebrate graduating university than to buy myself a brand new loadout!?
Story time:
I went out to find a cheap .22 machine gun to waste more .22 ammo. The Pietta PP50 was what I was intentionally looking for and brought just enough cash for the gun I asked them to hold. I get to the shop and take a look at it. It felt like a toy in my hands because it was mostly polymer. I wasn't really sold on the gun either, I'd read some bad reviews and asked to look at shotguns instead.
I came back with this on store clearance
same price as the Pietta. A Remington 870 Tactical for the low price of $499. What. A. Deal.
I bought it to keep in my truck, so I found a pistol grip from Mesa Tactical and a spare heat shroud to go over the barrel. Only thing was that it kept sliding forward down the barrel whenever it was fired.
Finding no real solution, I pulled it off and ended up installing a folding stock instead. Never sacrificing accuracy for compact portability. Does anyone want a used heat shield for a 12g shotgun? It fits most barrels
Here is as it sits now.
Sometimes I feel like I should have been American xD
