Furry Forums

Have been wondering about this for a bit. How many here are products of other forums? Where you always here? Did you move here from somewhere else? Are you a member of more than one forum?

Personally I came from the old Furry2Furry forum after it went to hell in a handcart. This forum seems much more...relaxed, its missing all the tonnes of drama I see on other forums, not to sure why this is but am interested to investigate and see what comes bubbling to the surface

I am part of various other communities that are not related to the fandom, but that have their own furs.
CraftedMovie, a small Minecraft Machinima group on YouTube, own a forum that I joined back in May 2012. It's from there that I discovered the furry fandom, I met plenty of other furs and joined a group.
I'm also part of the Ascentia community, a french forum (once again related to Minecraft), and found out from there that one of my IRL school friends is also a furry.
I'm also also a member of the FranceFurs community, a french furry forum. I've joined them a month before joining you guys, but didn't actually do anything on their forums 'till last month when I started becoming active.
These are the 3 other communities I'm part of. But I won't say I moved from one community to an other. Once I joined a community, I stay part of that community. I don't like to come and then leave.

I find the other Forums either intimidating or inactive.
TFF seems to be in the middle and had some of the nicest people I've ever met online.
This could of course be bias set down due to this being the first furry forum I joined.

That is exactly what I did...but it took me a while to look for the right one. If they put up adds of tff at anthrocon sooooo many people will join.

Strangely enough, when I found out what a 'furry' is and looked for a 'furry forum' this is the first one I saw on google xD.

I did the exact thing Drako did, but I joined Furtopia first.... like 3 or so years ago
I hung around Furtopia for a while, but deep down, it felt intimidating... it's like a manlier place than TFF... but it's not mean.
Around the same time I joined THESE forums, I had joined one for Timesplitters fans. I managed to stay there but I slowly became less and less active, to the pount where I only go there to see if Timesplitters has been made.. which is like once a year to never.
I have been committed to TFF since I joined, besides my 1.5 year absence.

This is really the only forum I've been this committed to and actually enjoyed really. I've taken part of other communities but not in the way or the extent of the furry community on this forum.
