1) Please, no demon forms, immortal forms, anything like that. If a demon is human in his demon form, that is fine. I just mean, no moster-type stuff, if you will, please? No people with immortality, because this can easily get on the nerves of competitors.
2) Special/Secret/Finisher techniques CAN be used for this, just be sure you thuroughly explain what that technique does.
3) No instant killing/instant hitting is allowed. If a character wishes to dodge, they may, but they are limited to dodge up to 3 attacks in a row, then they must be hit twice. But please, don't go *dodges three times, gets hit two times, dodges three times, ect.*, because that's quite annoying, and unfun. D= Please try to randomize how many time you have been hit/dodged.
4) Controling peoples characters- not gonna happen. That will cause imediat desqualification from the tournement.
5) No hitting in vital areas, also. Stomache shots.. eh, try not to do them too much, that gets annoying. Back shots are fine, just don't put something like -cracks your backbone-, or something similiar. No heart-directed attacks, nothing to puncture the lungs, and so forth., @_@
6) One more thing(I at least thinkthis is the last thing, I dunno what I missed), we are jumping through wrecked ships, so careful of what you do. Not all the ships are the sturdiest in the world. It is a ship graveyard, so, ya... Try not to be a destroyer of the feild, because there are only like.. Idk, six ships for the whole field, to be on? So please becareful.. and don't drown.

Anyways, you can come in, any random way, as long as you have transportation through some type of water vehical. The weather at the ship graveyard changes very often, but usually is stormy weather, from typhoons, cyclones, snowstorms, to just regular thunderstorms. So please, keep that in mind.

Weapon Description: She uses a staff, with three sections, much like NAmi's Weather Inforcer thing.. But with different abilities, and it is red.
Things you need to know-
each have their own technique they are used for. First section combined with second- boomerang effect (first section allows the second section to be flung off it, and it comes strait cback, like a boomerange). Third section combines with the first section- Gun effect(Sections combine to form something along the lines of a gun, that temperarly shoots out wind razors, automatically). Second section combined with the third section- Gas effect(Sprays out a strong gas, that when inhaled, poisons the victim, and depending on how much is inhaled, depends on if they are permenetly poisoned).
Abilities: She controls the wind, giving her power of these techniques-
Healing Wind- Heals anyone she chooses to use it one- cannot use it on herself, and is limited to heal only 3 people in one day. Takes 24 hours to recharge.
Wind Razir- Comes with the combination of the first and third sections of her staff. Limited to 10 automatic shots. Can be stopped by simply taking appart the two sections.
Twister- Unlimited ammount of uses, and most commonly used attack, for both offense and deffence. Depending on where and when the twister approaches, if can be used as a shield, to block and knock out foes(temporarily, of course), and can knock foes back into things, for offensive moves.

Now, to start the first post-
Claira was riding a motor boat to the ship graveyard, to make sure everything would be ready, when she had gotten there. As the boat whent on, she had to go way off course, to dodge a cyclone, getting back on course, she went through a hail storm, and now it was raining heavily. She was hoping the weather would clear up, soon, but she new there wasn't much of a chance of that to happen.
Her small motor boat finally reached the graveyard, and she jumped off of the boat, onto one of the six ships. She ran towards the crow's nest, and she soon began to climb it, hoping to get a better veiw of the see. Once at the top of the tilted crow's nest, she looked out to sea, to see if there were any approaching furries. Shelet out a sigh, as she sat down, making sure she wouldn't slide down the long beam.
