Yeah, online I'm best known as Cheza/Chezana xD It tends to confuse people irl.

I've always been more of a cat-person than a dog-person, so occasionally it's nice to be able to live out that part more "clearly"
Most of the time I'm still a woof tho, since that's what people usually know and recognize me as.

Just some kind of generic dog/wolf/mutt/fox/canine-creature with a few feline traits added xP
The original concept of Cheza was a normal wolf, and many people do refer to me as such (which is perfectly ok), but I don't really feel like I "spiritually" fit into that category 100% (Like for example I don't really care about the whole pack or lone wolf deal, which supposedly are to be important and sort of a defining trait for wolves), so I decided that it'd be better to put myself in my own little special snowflake-box.
I personally consider her to be her own sort of "species".
I guess that's technically also wrong, since she's got the appearance of literally the plainest most generic wolf/dog-with-straight-ears ever. But she sure -looks- like a creature that'd go "woof" if you happened to come across one in the wild and had a chance to ask her "Hey, what exactly are you?" xD (Hooray for Pokémon-logic)

Tho if things were to be really broken down and picked apart, she could most likely be considered a wolf/fox/dog/cat-hybrid.
But that'd end up being quite a mouthful in the "Species"-description, so "Woof" is probably still the best way to call and describe her xD

Tl;dr: Body of a canine, brain of a feline.

*Hugs back*

Good, it ended up being quite rambly xP I'm bad at explaining things and really really good at making things more complicated than they have to be.

And that's quite possible. Not too sure -how- much fox there is in the mix, but there's sure to be some at least.
She's got a fox to thank for bringing her to life like this, after all xP
(The guy who introduced me to the fandom was a fox, so he involuntarily helped to create Chezawoof)

Sure, I don't mind xD
And yeah, foxes have their own things that make them unique and interesting.
I don't really fit as one myself (for I lack the grace, agility, swiftness and cunning commonly associated with foxes), but I still think they're pretty neat.

Meh, -ANYONE- can look graceful when dressed as St.Lucy xD
I'm about as graceful and agile as Moon Moon xP
Maybe I'm related to him as well?
That'd certainly explain a lot... >->'

How typical of him xP

I have actually yet to see a "proper" male St.Lucy.
It's traditionally been a female-only role, tho lately some people argue that males should be allowed to play the part too. (Most people are still too old-fashioned and in love with their traditional values to allow such "blasphemy" tho. Personally I think it'd be nice to make it a thing for "everyone" tho)
Males usually dress up in robes and wear hats that resemble dunce caps with golden stars painted on them instead.
And instead of candles, they carry wands with a big golden star at the top.

Normal woof-attire isn't exactly graceful, but it's likely to stay like it currently is for quite a while longer.
New art is on the way too, but I'm not sure any of it will be avi-material. Not because it'll be bad or anything, but because it's of a darker and more experimental nature.
And most people associate woof with happy and cute stuff xP

And nothing wrong with that.
I've got more traits of a feline, yet I'm still a canine.
It's all about what you feel on the inside, after all ^^

well, the way they use to do it back then, and still now in plays is that males had to play a lot of female roles.... so it makes sense, but in my opinion, if your gonna do something, do it right and your best, dont disgrace it. you dont want a drunk of man portaiting someone whos elegant and nice and kind and sweet. it doesnt work and is kinda ruins it. especially for attire, dont be cheap, you wanna make it look good and presentable, like a school project for a class you need to graduate and is close to failing.

also, i am perfectly fine with people with multiple fursonas, multiple changing, but as for me, i will always be a red fox, 100%. for me, a Red Fox goes deeper then just looking amazing, they  helped me cope with many bad things, help me pull myself together i nthe worst of times. to me, red foxes symbolize all the good in the world, and i wanna be right with them, showing that good as well, thats why you can see me nice most of the time ^w^

That's one of my pet peeves with this whole thing. For convenience reasons (or safety, in some specific cases), many places choose to use plastic crowns with artificial candles. Sure, that's perfectly understandable and ok when it's about for example kindergarten/preschool children, but sixth-graders and up could safely be allowed real live candles and a crown more fitting for the occasions (I've got no issues with realistic-looking fake leaves, but the candles -should- be real)
It kinda kills the mood and ruins the magic when fake-items are used in cases where live ones would've been a perfectly valid option.

My history with foxes is actually pretty sad, but I know better than to judge a whole species based on the actions of a single bad apple, especially when there are so many nice, friendly and all-around awesome foxes out there ^^
