All drives are still smooth, and there's no excessive motor resistance, soo luckily, whatever the problem is, it isn't manifesting itself from too deeply inside in the engine. Looking at the symptons, I'd say that worst case scenario, I have to pull the cylinder, or remove flywheel, but it's much more likely that the malfunction is somewhere outside of the engine, alltogether.


Having said that, please don't make split the block. I'm not ready to split a block... >,_<

Having the split the engine block is my worst nightmare...

It's litterally what it says on the tin. You split the engine in half, and suddenly, all of the axels, bearings, cranks, gearwheels and gaskets inside instantly become vurnable to getting lost, misplaced, seated inproperly, catching dirt or foreign objects, or getting damaged.
