Is This A Dead Zone?

Alright here's a fury apocalyptic Rp where in the current time we are granted cards that send us spiraling into the future where strong magical enemies are ruling superior.  As a start we are all alone in a building known as Mikaji Tower. There are several payphones with cut wires they begin ringing and (someone) answers upon answering a flash of light blinds everyone in the room. Now standing in front of everyone is a fighter not the normal citizen that they were before.
Start: present day earth (you can choose anywhere on earth. Just please don't be dumb about it)
How it will proceed: TURN-BASED (I will set up the line)
Character: (im giving mine please do this for yours if you intend to join.) Senjiku or Senji for short
Bio: Floridian fox that worked for a metal smith in which he learned how to make and wield all types of swords and knives.
Weapon of choice: A katana with a small short sword. He always carries the short sword with him.
Description: unpredictable at time but is extremely smart and will think through things before acting. He resembles a normal orange and black fox except his eyes change through a myraid of colors.
Need: a minimum of 5 other people without it becoming a sausage fest (see what I did there? Ah and im now going to wish I never said that!) The maximum will be twenty.  Now to enter I need character sheets! And the powers can be talked about

((Mind if I add in Tez's big brother, Hiroshima? the infamous Demon Brothers, or Red and Blue(Purple) Orgers that are a iconic demons, I have side female characters that could be added in tho.))

Start: Osaka, Japan

Character(s): Nobunori 'Tezriat' Shimizu, Shigeaki 'Hiroshima' Shimizu

Bio: Hiroshima is ruler of one of the great hells dealing in all that is corrupt, Tezriat is a quarter human half demon that has lived in japan for over 800 years. Both of them are masters of large weaponry and highly skilled in martial arts, both are wielders of demonic magics of fire and lightning.

Weapon of Choice: Hiroshima favors the traditional Kanabo or Iron spiked club, its made from incredibly dense iron metal found in hell of the Eight Greater Hells, Tezriat prefers a oversized version of Hocho Masamune which resembles a cleaver or kitchen knife, it is made from a mix of mortal irion and demon iron making it very easy to curse someone if they tried using it and making it unbelivably heavy .

Description: Hiroshima is highly cold, and quick to anger, he absolutely hates all things that would seek to corrupt an innocent or innocence itself, he is refined and well mannered however but don't expect him to smile that is only reserved for his little sister who has a big heart. Tezriat is a tease, he loves to mess with anyone and everyone a bit eccentric when he gets excited and loves a good joke on and off the battle field, Loves freedom in all forms and has spurred rebellions earning him the title of 'The Demon of Rebellion' in Japan, the human in him keeps him from being as cold as his brother who he respects and works for on ocasions.
