Caspar threw his scalpel at the other nurse without an eyesocket, the surgical instrument went through her eye and into her brain, killing her. "They're zombies!" He screamed, as the nurse that had been slammed through the window crawled out, not noticing the shards of glass in her body. Caspar grabbed the scalpel and threw it again, it cut her cheek but did little more.
