Ray sighed. "Congratulations. Not only did you waste a very powerful weapon, you've alerted everything, living and dead, to this location. These Black Watch fellows, the ones hunting you yeah? They're the only ones with this kind of weaponry. Now, do the math. If one of their weapons discharged, and the unit sent here is dead, who's going to be here to fire said weapon, hmm?" He raised an eyebrow, awaiting a response.

(( plus, thermobaric explosives don't suck anything. Thermobaric explosions are basically a buncha fuel with an explosive in the middle. They use the air for oxidation, so thermobaric explosives pretty much are a spreading wall of fire, leaving an absence of oxygen in its wake. Of course, in atmospheric conditions, this is not a problem.))
