Lee, having a his new helmet, gasmask NVG's and various other bits and boggles of tactical gear, on (getting it to fit with a large mirror nearby, you see) was perfectly ready to rush out to the sound of the explosion, his rifle ready. He saw dubaku with the smoking rocket launcher, and refrained from cursing him out.(big menacing killer powers tend to have that... Power)  he instead got behind a set of concrete barriers, his special Fulton armory Rifle resting on the sandbags.
