Ray looked around for the shooter, his sword held at his side. "Hey! Who's shooting at us!? We aren't raiders!"


Back at the lab, Orion worked on another blood sample, trying to get the cure.  The machines whirred and chirped, as they worked. After a few moments, one of the machines dinged, and a green light glowed. Orion blinked, dumbstruck. He gingerly took the vial from the machine, and looked at it's contents. "N-No way...I...I've done it." He held the vial in his paw, and held it aloft. "I've done it!"

Orion held up the vial of red liquid. "I got it." Orion's eyes were red from lack of sleep. He hadn't slept for the last three days.


Ray, noticing Felicity's absence, ran off to find her, ducking through buildings and the like, until he reached her. He scooped her up, and smiled. "Felicity! I wondered where you wandered off to."

"I would like to sleep first, though...I haven't slept in days." He pulled the meager blanket over himself, and fell asleep.
