The man had one last grenade. He knew he wasn't going to be able to kill him, and his sim has been terrible today. He might as well mess with them.
The final grenade flew out of its barrel with a "whoomp!", and flew at the two at immense speeds.

[Dubaku]

*Dubaku quickly activated his giant blade, blocking the grenade* Bad move, muthaf*cka...

[Ryan Naismith]

The man figured it would go that way. He's seen how powerful that one is. So instead of facing him, he faded back into the shadows.

[Farewell]

*Gaia hugs Jacob, still sad* "she needed to go... She had a hard time, it's her time to rest" *she says in a calm voice* "ok we should go now."

[Dubaku]

Yea, better run, f*ckin punk-ass.

[Rayleonarde]

Ray looked at Felicity, his brow knitting. "What machine?" He felt the wind kick up, and held Felicity close, as he walked towards the base.


Orion tossed in his bed, and pulled the feeble sheet closer to his body, as the winter cold set in.

Data:
I walk up to Lotty, her abdomen has swollen to a large bulge. I gently shake her.

Lotty:
I open my eyes. "What?"

Data:
"Orion thinks he has found a cure..."

Felicity:
"The machine is being made, it manipulates time"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray shook his head. "Where is this machine, Felicity?"


Orion awoke a few minutes later, the redness in his eyes gone. He looked over the machines, and smiled.  He took the serum, and put it under a microscope. Orion flinched, and took several pictures of the image. "One hundred, I think now..." He sighed, and leaned back in his office chair, massaging his eyes.

Lotty:
I slowly walk up to Orion.

Felicity:
"In the bad man's place"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sighed. "You mean Toby, right? I guess we'll have to do something about that, hmm?"




Orion turned, and looked at Lotty. "No-one tried this, right?"

[The Magic Otter]

Lotty:
"No, why?"

Felicity:
"Can I talk to him?"

[Rayleonarde]

Ray sighed, and lifted Felicity to his shoulders. "Sure. We'll go find mister Toby, and have a stern conversation with him."


Orion sighed in relief. "Good. This is...well, what would essentially be the opposite of a cure. It excites the virus, making it mutate more." He shook his head. "Scary stuff. How do you feel, by the way?"

Lotty:
"Like I'm going to explode" I sigh. "What about you?"

[Rayleonarde]

Orion chuckled. "Now that I've had some sleep, it doesn't feel like there's bugs in my skin. You want anything? I found some cola a few days ago, kept 'em in the fridge over there." He points at a mini-fridge hooked up to a car battery.

Lotty:
I nod. "Yes... Please."
