Car accidents many times, so many idiot drivers who don't follow the rules of the roads.  XD
Attacks haven't encountered yet.
Disaster, kind of - only one comes to mind - during LA's 1994 Northridge Earthquake, the apartments I was living in made it alright, but the clinic my grandma and I were going to go that day was severely damaged. Quake happened in the early morning hours, if it had happened couple hours later, not sure if I would have been here or not.
