Well, that is indeed the philosophy.
But it could lead also to the other way around, where there is no order and people will not survive. Or communication will work out, but there will still need to be some form of leadership. Maybe a group of 10 is do-able, although experience with working in teams show that sometimes people are too stubborn to work together, and everything thinks what they're doing is best, sometimes leading to the demise of the group, individuals, or people/humanity in general. What I'm saying: Sometimes even when life depends on it, people can refuse to work or even communicate together. Even if the only other person left is the one you might hate.
However, a group of 10 people who have similar interests, who probably like each other from the start, might be different. Eh *shrugs* Hard to think now.
