If you have a work to do, and you want the best and 8 other people also want this but one person wants something else, isn't it then moral for those 9 people to kill that one person?

I suppose that's debatable for everyone what it means to them.
However, I don't see how someone not working along with the rest leads to the 'solution' of killing them, how it makes them deserve death.

that's the self-regulation.
in the end everyone will have a sense of "moral duty to keep going for the best of himself but also the crowd".
Basically you can see it as natural selection
