Evna: I'm actually not sure if I'd even prefer one of the Kanto starters over the other. I've always picked based on possible attacks rather than how much I liked them. I usually went with Squirtle, so that I could kick my brother's *** with ice type moves (he'd always pick Bulbasaur).
